If you want a different icon for the macro, other than the default "pricetag" icon, prior to dragging the macro icon to the toolbar, just select it and then on the right, click on Appearance tab. You can drag any macro from the macro list onto your toolbar. This will show all macros that are installed in your CGS. To add a macro to the toolbar, click on the down arrow (next to the binoculars icon) and select Macros. From here, you can drag any tool onto any toolbar (including your new toolbar). To add Macros (or any other internal tool) to a toolbar, from the menu go Tools->Customization->Commands. This new toolbar will be under visible/non-visible, dockable/free-floating properties as all the other toolbars that came with the system. To create a new toolbar, from the menu go Tools-Customization->Command Bars and then click on New. These are the basic steps to creating customized toolbars:
